Chilliwack bakery poised to open this week

CHILLIWACK — After months of repurposing a former restaurant, a Chilliwack bakery is set to open its doors this week in Rosedale.
Rolling Pin, with one location in Hope, announced on social media Sunday night that it will open for customers this Wednesday, October 8 at 51299 Yale Road, the home of the former Cyprus Grill restaurant.
“Hey Rosedale! We’re so excited to announce that Rolling Pin Bakery is officially opening its doors this Wednesday, October 8th at our new location on Yale Rd!” the bakery wrote. “To celebrate our first day, every customer will receive a FREE donut — while supplies last! Come say hi, check out our fresh-baked goodies, grab a coffee, and help us make our first day in Rosedale extra special.
Ankita Singh and Naveen Chaudhary, owners of the Rolling Pin Bakery at 821 6 Avenue in Hope, told Fraser Valley Today back in July via email they were actively working on opening a second location of Rolling Pin Bakery.

“This is an exciting step for us, and something we’ve been looking forward to for quite some time,” Singh and Chaudhary said.
The bakery’s hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“Can’t wait to meet you all and share our treats with the community!” Rolling Pin wrote.
