RV fire blocks traffic on Highway 1 in Langley Friday afternoon

LANGLEY — An RV has lit up and caused significant traffic delays on an eastbound section of Highway 1 Friday afternoon (May 8).

DriveBC reported the incident at 1:21 p.m., saying the fire has cut traffic down to one lane between 216th Street and Glover Road in Langley.

Drivers were then asked to move to the left and expect significant delays.

The fire has since been put out.

The right lane remains blocked, while the on-ramp from 216 Street is partially blocked as of 2:09 p.m.

No injuries have been reported.
