“I consider it one of the most challenging competitions locally and eagerly await next year’s competition to garner more awards and show the audience what Q’ing is all about,” Moran said.
Guerilla Q has been operating since 2013 as both a food truck and a catering service for weddings, private parties and corporate events.
Moran has recently purchased another trailer with more menu items in addition to his ribs, brisket, pulled pork and sides.
The food truck is set to attend the Chilliwack Fair from August 7 to 9, the Langley Ribfest from August 14 to 16 and the Stinking Rose Garlic Festival at Fantasy Farms on September 19 and 20, located at 9423 Gibson Road in Chilliwack.
