UPDATE: DriveBC now says Highway 11 in Abbotsford has reopened following an overnight crash. They posted to social media at 8:12 a.m. that the highway has reopened. Motorists should expect delays due to congestion.

ABBOTSFORD – Police in Abbotsford say a section of Highway 11 in Abbotsford has been closed for several hours following an overnight traffic incident at Hwy. 11 and Townshipline Road.
AbbyPD officers were dispatched for a single-vehicle collision in that area at about 12:14 a.m. early Monday, June 1. Three individuals were hurt, including one person who sustained life-threatening injuries.
Highway 11 has been closed between Clayburn Road and Harrison for several hours and remains closed as of 6:20 a.m. Monday.
Personnel from the Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service have been deployed to conduct their investigation alongside police.
