Missing woman from Langley located deceased

LANGLEY – Police in Surrey now say a 39-year-old woman who was last seen in October 2025 on Fraser Highway in Langley has been tragically located deceased.

According to a statement from Surrey Police Service spokesperson Staff Sgt. Lindsey Houghton, Yvonne Jackson, who was the subject of a missing person news release on November 6, 2025, and again on January 8, 2026, has sadly been located deceased.

The cause of death is not considered suspicious.

Police conducted several investigative tasks in an attempt to locate her since she was first reported missing in October 2025.

“Surrey Police Service (SPS) and RCMP Surrey Provincial Operations Support Unit (SPOSU) would like to thank the public and media for their assistance and offer their condolences to Yvonne Jackson’s family and friends,” S/Sgt. Houghton said.

Police said they would not provide any further information about her passing.
