Transit access from Chilliwack to Abbotsford Airshow announced

ABBOTSFORD — BC Transit and the City of Abbotsford are bringing back the Airshow Shuttle for the second and third days of this year’s Abbotsford International Airshow.

The shuttle will operate August 8 and 9, connecting with the Route 66 Fraser Valley Express.

The service will run between 9:26 a.m. and 6:05 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.

The Route 66 Fraser Valley Express travels from the downtown bus interchange at Yale and Spadina in Chilliwack, through Abbotsford, before ending in Burnaby. The route connects with the Airshow Shuttle at Highstreet Mall in Abbotsford.

BC Transit says riders will not be able to use a BC Transit transfer for the Airshow shuttle.
